As Christians cerebrate Good Friday today, Christians in Kitagwenda district have been asked to pray for cooperation and unity among Kitagwenda district leaders. Participating in the ecumenical way of the cross, hon.Patrick Turyamureba Payi the LC111 chairperson Kitagwenda town council united that there is a need for a united force among Kitagwenda district leaders to promote development.
Hon. Robert Mugabe echoed the same message promising to foster unity in the new leadership.
Rev. Fr. Dominic Tumusiime the parish priest Kicwamba Catholic parish commended Christians for holding an ecumenical way of the cross a sign of unity among Christians.
Rev. Frank Nkamwebonera the archdeacon Kicwamba Archdeaconry asked Christians to utilize the way of the cross to pray for deliverance.
