Green Hill High school Kamwenge continues to be a top performer in Kamwenge district and Rwenzori sub region Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) results. 

2025 UACE Performance: Green hill high school Kamwenge which had 61 students in senior six who sat for UACE, has been ranked among the top schools in the Rwenzori sub region and Uganda since majority of the students were offering sciences.  One   student (Edgar Tugeineyo -BCM) scored 20 points, 2 scored 19 points, 2 scored 18 points, 2 scored 17, and the rest scored between 14 and 16.

Consistent Excellence: Known for its rigorous academic culture, Green hill high school Kamwenge has historically dominated both UCE and UACE results since its establishment in 2015 with UCE and UACE in 2022, often leading rankings in Kamwenge District and Rwenzori sub region.

Overall Performance: Green high School Kamwenge boasts a high rate of students qualifying for university admission with strong passes. 

Beyond academics, the institution is also renowned for its dominance in discipline and religious performances where all denominations are given liberty to carry out their religious services.

According to the 2024 regional rankings, Green hill high school Kamwenge was the first, followed by Fort Portal secondary, King Solomon’s college Kyatega in Kyegegwe the third and Kiyombya seed school in Bunyangabu district in the fourth position and St. Thomas college Kamwenge the fifth.

Green hill high school Kamwenge in 2024 had three students offering science combinations and scored 19 points while the majority had between 10 and 16 points.

The school according to national rankings in science subjects, was in the 16th in Mathematics 7th in Biology and Chemistry, 57th in Physics, and 32 2nd in Agriculture.
