Easter Message from the LCV Chairperson Kitagwenda District

Dear Residents, Citizens, and Beloved Citizens of Kitagwenda district

I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

As we celebrate this sacred Easter season, I take this moment to wish you all a joyful, peaceful, and blessed Easter. Easter is a powerful reminder of hope, renewal, and the triumph of light over darkness. It teaches us that after every trial, there is a resurrection-a new beginning.

Reflection and Unity
Just as Christ rose; I call upon our community to rise stronger, united, and more prosperous. Let us use this season to foster love, forgiveness, and unity. We must set aside our differences and work together to build a vibrant and thriving district. As we look towards the future, let us be inspired by the values of service and compassion.

Development and Hard Work

I urge you all to embrace the various government initiatives aimed at improving household incomes, particularly the Parish Development Model (PDM) and Emyooga projects.  This is a time for us to work hard, embrace commercial agriculture, and take advantage of available opportunities to overcome poverty.

Peace and Security
let us remain united and vigilant in promoting peace and security in our villages. I want to express my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and your dedication to our shared mission to transform our district.

Conclusion
Let this Easter season bring peace to your hearts, joy to your homes, and renewed strength to our community. Together, let us march forward with purpose and hope.

Happy Easter to you and your families, and God bless you all.

Hon. Kenyonyozi Efrance Atwongyere
