Denis Tumusiime, a resident of Nyinibaare II in Bisheshe Division, Ibanda Municipality, has received a new lease on life following a wheelchair donation from the Agaba Foundation.
Tumusiime was left paralyzed from the waist down following a tragic accident that occurred at the Bisheshe trading centre along the Ibanda-Kamwenge road.
Upon receiving the wheelchair, a grateful Tumusiime thanked Hon. Agaba for the support, noting that the wheelchair will significantly change his life.
While handing over the donation, Hon. Peter Agaba, the director of the Agaba Foundation and area Member of Parliament elect, noted that the initiative aimed to improve Tumusiime’s mobility and make his daily life easier.
