The head teacher of St. Anne’s Secondary School, Prosper Tinkamanyiire, has donated textbooks to Primary Seven candidates of Keihangara Primary School in Ibanda District.
The donation is aimed at improving learning and education standards at the school.
Speaking to staff and pupils, Tinkamanyiire encouraged the learners to read widely and work hard to achieve their academic goals.
Keihangara Primary School Head Teacher, Judith Natukunda, thanked Tinkamanyiire for the donation and prayed for blessings upon him.
Some of the pupils who received the textbooks appreciated the gesture and pledged to use the books effectively and perform better in their final examinations.
